Low latency streaming, live polls, audience Q and A and an integrated DICOM viewer
I developed a real time medical live streaming platform for online medical conferences, training sessions and remote case discussions. It supports multiple speakers and large viewer audiences with low latency WebRTC streaming powered by mediasoup.
The platform includes the tools a live medical event needs, including active speaker management and switching, a viewer question and answer system, live polls for engagement, CME attendance tracking, hand raise for participants and screen sharing for presentations.
It also integrates a DICOM viewer for medical imaging workflows. Speakers open medical scans and draw live annotations directly on the images while viewers watch those annotations update in real time, which makes remote case discussions, teaching sessions and collaborative image analysis possible.
